Processing and dispatch

Designs are printed to order. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

UK shipping costs

UK delivery is a flat £3.20 on every order. UK orders over £65 ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code to enter.

Europe and rest of world

Europe: £6.99 on orders up to £30, £9.99 from £30.01 to £69.99, and £13.99 on orders of £70 or more.

United States and rest of world: £8.50 on orders up to £30, and £15.25 above that.

Delivery estimates

UK: tracked, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Europe and rest of world: 2 to 11 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during peak periods.

Import duties and taxes (orders outside the UK)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes, VAT and customs handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and Mouse House Clothing does not pay them on your behalf.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, any return shipping cost may be deducted from a refund.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
