Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in your local currency where we support one, and in GBP otherwise. UK orders include UK VAT. Orders shipped outside the UK are zero-rated for UK VAT, and your own country may charge import VAT, duty and handling on delivery — see the shipping policy. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Artwork and intellectual property

All designs are original Mouse House Clothing artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs.

Mouse House Clothing is an independent UK brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. All artwork sold here is drawn in-house and is our own original work; any resemblance to a place or character you love is our affection for it, not a claim to own it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
